I make things that hopefully work, I explore users and attempt to discover what drives them to make the decisions they make. By understanding their needs I can make better designs, and I’ve been doing this for over 30 years.

Some designers profess to be User Centred but in fact they have no interest in how their product is received by the audience. Sometimes they might get lucky and hit the mark but I don’t believe that’s not the way to go about producing products.
